Am I locked into a contract?
No! We do not require you to sign a yearly contract. We only require you to pay for your first two months of service up front, after that you will be automatically charged monthly. Our a la carte option is a one time payment for one time support.
How does your software protect me?
We use enterprise-grade security to keep your device safe. The same software used to protect large organizations. It will scan your device every day and even check websites as you navigate to them.
What if I need a new computer?
All of our technicians are informed on the changes to the tech market. Our technicians will provide options based on your needs, abilities and budget. We can even check your local retailers if you’d prefer to walk into a store. If you’d like this to be even easier (We don’t blame you) there is one more thing we can do. Purchase through us and we’ll ship you a brand new computer preloaded with everything you need. Connect to WiFi and enjoy!

Do you only fix broken computers?
Computers that are physically damaged can be shipped to our office for a free repair estimate. If you decide against repairs, we’ll walk you through your options for replacement. Software issues can be addressed by both our a la carte or membership. Don’t have any problems but need help using your computer? See the next question!
What if my computer is not broken, I just need help using it?
Our membership offers you a chance to get personalized help with anything you do on the computer. Feel free to call our technicians for anything! Need help starting a zoom call? Call us and we’ll get you going. Need help because every time you click Zoom you get an error? Call us! You have up to 2 hours of hands-on tech support per month. Even when our technicians aren’t working on your computer, our software is actively defending against viruses, malware, scammers and hackers.
I don’t understand, how can you help me over the phone?
We use enterprise-grade software with “remote tools”. These remote tools allow us to control to your computer as if we were standing right in front of it. Watch the mouse cursor dash around the screen while our experienced techs fix your problems. And before you ask. No, we can’t control your computer without your explicit approval.
Can you fix any problem?
Our technicians will provide the best assistance they can with all issues. In certain situations we are limited by software or other factors outside of our control. If we are unable to fix your issues we will always strive to provide a “workaround” solution instead. A “workaround” solution is an alternative method that ultimately accomplishes the same end goal (Think: “I can’t take this road to get to work today, but if I take these 2 roads instead, I can still get to work”). All workarounds include a detailed write-up of the steps needed to repeat the process without assistance from our technician.
